As Jim Browne did not have the exact truck I wanted Aaron worked long and hard to find one. After much searching Aaron found the one I wanted. With Aaron there is absolutely no pushiness. I had a very positive experience purchasing my 2025 RAM 1500 from Jim Browne in Dade City, especially working with Caleb throughout the process. Since I live a decent distance away, most of the communication happened before I even arrived, and Caleb was consistently responsive, straightforward, and easy to work with. He answered questions directly, checked on concerns I had about the truck ahead of time, and even had a missing tow hook replaced before I came down. Straight shooters who gave a fair deal. I prefer to do most of my communication with dealerships electronically, so to avoid all the xx. This dealership was willing and its resulted in a sale for them.
My service advisor Gene was very knowledgeable. He kept me posted on all repairs needed for my vehicle and went above and beyond.
Was told an hour but 3 hours later I got to leave. Only oil change, no wash, thought they did more than oil change but nope thats it. Went thru the slip once I got home notice they say they filled Def well they did not. Looked under hood to and found oil running down side of cartridge cap

I am filing this complaint regarding Dodge of Dade City due to repeated unprofessional conduct, unsafe service practices, and refusal to properly address warranty concerns on my nearly new 2025 Dodge Charger EV. The vehicle was purchased with 53 miles and currently has approximately 800 miles. Since purchase, the vehicle has experienced ongoing electrical issues. The dealership has minimized these concerns, stated the behavior is “normal,” and attempted to shift blame to me rather than performing proper diagnostics. Impeccable service. Great communication. Their service group truly works as a team. I came in my “assigned” rep on paper was busy and immediately another team member stepped in and took care of checking in my car, answering question and getting me setup. Outstanding! Went in with a anti freese leak and a tire sensor had an 8 am appointment they didn’t even look st my truck till 3 pm and did not even have the decency to call me they sent an email??? What a bunch of cooks, left with a 8 thousand dollar bill for work on the lemon they sold me xxxx poor customers service never again will i bring the truck ( LEMON) they sold me in for any type of service it just not worth thr aggravation if you buy from this dealership buyer bewear for me never again .!!!!!!!!!!

This is the second truck I bought from this dealer and I will never buy a vehicle from any other dealer. The maintenance program has been great. The service has been most of the time very very good. They’ve always treated me fairly and always gave me the best deal and I wouldn’t wouldn’t have it any other way by any other Dealer and I have a Dealer with an a mile from my house but I travel 45 minutes to go to this dealer because I respect them and they’ve always been good by me.

I don't hold this dealer responsible for what I considered a scam from Dodge/Chrysler. My recall on Mt 3500 was not offered with an extended warranty as they made it seem. I do hold this dealership responsible for doing and inspection and telling me that I need front pads and rotors, put everything back together without showing me the items in question, but they didn't hesitate on give me a quote to repair the items. I can't take the word of this dealer after feeling I was mislead by Dodge to begin with.
