After returning from a 2 week vacation I need a variety of scheduled maintenance was needed. All of the scheduled maintenance were performed in a very professional manner. My service rep was Ed Sobolow who was very personnal and gave me a relaxed feeling for all of the needed repairs. I left very satisfied and Ed was a very big part of that. This was probably my best experience at Jim Browne's and even though I am repeating this Ed Sobolow contributed to this peasant experience.
Great customer service, Our sales rep, Joe Moran, was friendly, experienced and easy to deal with. Other staff members were friendly and very competent also. Will definitely return to this dealership for service and future purchases.
