Jim Browne dealership and David Burke made buying my new to me Buick. I found the vehicle and negotiated the price online. I went to the dealership and David Burke had to everything ready to go. I just recently purchased a ram 1500 from Josh Moore at the Jim Browne dealership. It was a great experience. We had to do a lot of it over the phone with me living quite a distance away. Josh made that process seem extremely easy. I told them the payment I needed to be at and they stuck to that. I had negative equity on my car and wanted a special ram. They made that happen. Most dealerships just don’t seem to care about the customers… not Josh and the dealership they were great!

Spoke with Mike (very good experience) he gave me a quote (fair price) I dropped my wrangler off, was driven home, and picked up and driven back to the dealership by Nick all before noon. This dealership is top notch!! My husband and I are very pleased with the way our truck showed up in our driveway! It was meticulously clean inside and had a full tank of gas to boot! My wife's car had a dead battery. When they performed the inspection the mechanic said the brakes needed new pads and the rotor turned. I had been expecting this for a while since she has over 120 K on the car. They replaced the battery and repaired the brakes while I waited. It was really quick and the waiting room is pleasant. I think Scott did a great job coordinating everything.

From the sales manager, finance manager, to the salesman they were all very professional, very courteous, and ultra low pressure. We bought a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Sahara and the salesman explained the difference between the different models of jeeps and showed us the difference. Caleb, our sales person and Joanna, the finance manager, and Larry the sales manager couldn’t not have been better. W E will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
